Well wishers, friends can be of great help to parents of IDP pupils by helping them send their bright children to this school and later Universities. They can also help our school deal with the large number of new students by providing us with volunteer teachers, food, educational materials and helping us expand out school to be able to comfortably cater to our students.
Several of Maai Mahiu Secondary School graduating students joined Universities since the year 2000,some of who have qualified to join good professions like lawyers, teachers, accountants, medical doctors. Many others have joined middle level collages.
With the great help of the Pricipal, Mr.Naftali Chege we choose fourteen very bright and talented students who need assistance to stay in this school and continue with University level education. All fourteen live in near by IDP Camps and wish to board in this school, so that they can graduate with higher scores by being able to read and learn with electricity, food and counselors on site.
